• 1 bed Condo/Studio - $150
• 2 bed Condo - $170
• 3+ bed Condo - $190
• Single Family Detached Homes – $225 monthly

10. 24/7 Emergency Hotline
11. Detailed Monthly Statement defining all activities
12. Year End Statement which can be given directly to your accountant
13. Secured access to information about your property 24/7 from anywhere with an internet connection

In addition, there is a one-time new tenant set up fee of $500 when a new tenant is placed.
