Our philosophy is simple. To provide our clients with exceptional
property management services at a fair and reasonable price. We achieve this by charging our clients a flat fee based on the type of property being managed. Our flat rate property management fee includes all advertising, tenant screening and placement, lease generation and enforcement, rent collection and coordination of maintenance as needed.
