At Meridian Property Management, we understand what challenges and considerations you face as a residential property investor. Why? Because we have years of experience as investors ourselves. For years, we had our own frustrations about the property management options available. The companies that existed at the time were either unreliable, the fee structure was too complex, or our billing statements resulted in hidden charges. We knew there had to be a better solution.

Reasonable Prices. Our pricing structure is simple, reasonable, and just makes sense. From the moment we begin managing your property, you will pay a flat monthly fee. This monthly rental management fee is only in effect when your property is rented. If your property is not rented, we do not get paid. The onus is on us to work hard to place quality tenants in your investment property.

No Surprises. All essential costs involved with finding tenants and managing your property are included in our flat monthly management fee structure. When maintenance issues arise, we have qualified outside suppliers which we utilize to maintain, clean and repair your property as needed. We do not markup the prices for these services. We are also more than happy to work with your own preferred service providers if you so desire.

Convenience. We utilize the most up to date management software which allows us to accurately track all aspects of your tenants and your property and provide you with a monthly statement of your account. We will also provide you with a year- end statement for your taxes.

Communication. We believe in communication and will keep you updated on any issues that may arise. Until your property is rented, we will contact you weekly to inform you of the status and activity regarding potential tenants.

Care. We recognize that your property is an asset and thus keep it maintained as if it were our own.
